Youth for Greater Good was founded in 2016 with the goal of serving the South Sudanese community. Omaha is home to the largest South Sudanese population in America. Since our beginning we've always put the voices of our community and youth first through dialogues and conversations that lead to the foundation we have today. Our creative, unique and ground breaking ideas brought a lot of first within the South Sudanese Community and we're not done yet! With emphases on our core values of community, creativity, and leadership, today we serve our community in various many ways from our weekly after school program for the youth, to our annual back to school drive for the community at large. The work of our non-profit is providing hope for a community that's been struggling for decades along with building leaders of tomorrow to continue sustainability.
