Terese Svaboda Cultural Heritage Scholarship
Youth for Greater Good administers the application process for the Cultural Heritage Scholarship founded and funded by New York Times Bestselling author and Nebraska Native Terese Svaboda. This one time scholarship is intended for South Sudanese seniors in Nebraska with plans on attending a trade/vocational, 2 year or 4 year college. A simple literary based applications opens every February and deadline to apply is May with selections being made and announced later that summer. Each student can earn up to $1,000 towards their tuition.
